
Mrs. Hayes practices in the firm’s Wealth and Business Planning Group. She is an associate attorney in the firm’s Savannah office. Her primary areas of concentration are taxation, trusts and estate planning, corporate law, and probate and the administration of estates and trusts. Mrs. Hayes has experience advising business clients on a range of corporate legal matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses, entity formation, tax, and other commercial transaction issues. Mrs. Hayes’s experience also includes the creation, modification, and termination of trusts and the creation of estate plans with tax considerations.
Originally from Americus, Georgia, Mrs. Hayes now resides in Savannah with her husband, Jackson.
