Jamie L. Bratcher is an attorney in the firm’s real estate practice group. She practices in Tifton, Georgia, and serves the surrounding counties. Her practice area primarily focuses on residential, agriculture, and commercial real estate transactions. Mrs. Bratcher has experience in handling all aspects of the closing process, including drafting and reviewing contracts and leases; conducting and analyzing complex title examinations; seller financing; issuing title certificates and title insurance policies; resolving title clearance issues; and reviewing business corporate documents in connection with real estate transactions. In her practice, she works closely with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, bank employees, surveyors, and other real estate professionals. Her clients include individuals, businesses, builders, developers, investors, and national and local lenders.
While in law school, Mrs. Bratcher received two CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Writing and Advanced Legal Research. She was also the Faculty Award recipient in Legal Writing. Mrs. Bratcher resides in Tifton with her husband, Charlie, and their daughter, Chloe.
