Lindsay Hudgins

Mrs. Hudgins is an associate attorney in the firm’s Tifton office. She received her B.A. from Emory University in 2008 and her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Hudgins began her career in Atlanta, assisting large business and insurance brokers in creating and administering welfare benefit plans in compliance with ERISA regulations and other federal laws, including the Internal Revenue Code and the Affordable Care Act. After returning to South Georgia, Mrs. Hudgins gained extensive litigation experience as an Assistant District Attorney for the Waycross Judicial Circuit. Mrs. Hudgins is a member of the firm’s Wealth and Business Planning Group, and primarily focuses on trust and estate planning, probate and the administration of estates and trusts, corporate law, and business law and transactions. Mrs. Hudgins also represents clients before the IRS in resolving complex tax issues, including negotiating Offers in Comprise and Innocent Spouse Relief. A native of Douglas, Georgia, Mrs. Hudgins now resides in Tifton with her husband, William Hudgins, and their three children.
